Federica De Iaco is a passionate Executive Recruiter who works with domestic and international
clients in the Luxury, Fashion, Retail and Consumer goods sectors.

She is the Founder and the Managing Director of Adhoc Search where she leads and manages
all the assignments. Federica has a proven track record of leading senior-level talent searches for
small, medium and large companies. Quality, Passion, Care is her motto.

Prior to entering the executive search, Federica was the E-business Director of Parmalat USA
where she oversaw all on-line marketing and developed new business, strategic partnerships and
b2b solutions.

Previously, Federica worked in Brussels, Paris and New York as a strategic consiltants for
Accenture working on Marketing and E-Commerce solutions for big enterprises in the luxury,
consumer and financial sectors. 

Federica graduated from the Universita‘ degli Studi di Parma with a Juris Doctorate in international
law. She is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
